Brown County Habitat's Volunteer of the Year Linda Ault
Potter and Mother's Cupboard Chef Sherry Houze were
this year's Spring Blossom Parade Grand Marshals.  
They represented Project Helping Hands - Brown
County's newest joint venture bringing Mother's Cupboard
and BC Habitat for Humanity under one roof.  See the

This was a wonderful evening of music and fun as the Habitat for Humanity
Concert by the Brown County Community Band  presented
"Classics Old
and New"
. Eli Rodriguez was the wonderful vocalist for the evening.  This
special concert got toes a tapping and hands a clapping!  The Brown
County Community Band is led by Director Curtis Prichard.

During intermission, the 2015 Habitat partner family the Nash's were
introduced along with the 2015 Volunteer of the year Linda Ault Potter.

This concert is a great fund raiser for Brown County Habitat for Humanity,
all proceeds go directly to Brown County Habitat for Humanity. This is a
major benefit to help build homes, community and lives in our county.

Habitat Hike for Humanit

August 14 & 15, 2015 at 8am - 4pm
Habitat for Humanity's 1st Annual Garage Sale
206 Memorial Lane at the 4-H Fairgrounds
Join us for this year's Hike for Humanity!  
The event begins at 11am at the Nashville Christian
Church.  All Hike pledges will be collected and the
walk will begin.  We will be walking
1.5 miles on  the
beautiful Salt Creek Trail
and back to the church.  A
yummy lunch will be provided at the end of the walk.  
Don't forget the Golden Boot is going to be up for
grabs once again to the group raising the most funds.

The 1st Annual BC Habitat for Humanity Garage Sale was a great

!  We will had tools, windows, doors and thanks to your help
even more!  The week before the sale we a
ccepted your donated items
such as furniture, fixtures, kitchen items, books, artwork, movies and
music, holiday items, outdoor tools and furniture.  

All proceeds w
ent directly to Brown County Habitat for Humanity. This
new major fundraising benefit i
s to help build homes, community and
lives in our county.

The new Brown County Habitat office and garage is conveniently
located at the entrance to the Brown County Fairgrounds – you can’t
miss us!
